Time
Turnaround time is 10 days (not including weekends) or less
from the time we have recieved approved artwork and payment.
PLUS shipping time is 1-5 days depending on where you are located.
Payment
100% of total order is to be paid upfront before we can process
your order.
We accept: Credit Cards, Cash, Check and Money Order.
Artwork
We accept PC or Mac-compatible files , 100MB Zip Disks, or CDR
Media. Please include a hard copy for reference. You may also
e-mail files up to 10MB in size to artwork@luckynumber17.com
Files may be compressed with .zip compression.
If you can supply your artwork in any of
these formats there are NO art charges! :-)
Vector
Preferred File Formats:
Macromedia Freehand version 10 or earlier (FH9, etc.)
Adobe Illustrator version 9.0 or earlier (.AI, .EPS, .ART,
.WMF, etc.)
Corel Draw version 9 or earlier (.CDR)
Adobe Acrobat (.PDF)
Other formats may be acceptable. Please contact us to check.
Rasterized
Preferred File Formats:
Adobe Photoshop version 7.0 or (.TIF, .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PSD,
.EPS, etc.)
Other formats may be acceptable. Please contact
us to check.
For best results (and to save on art charges), please supply
your raster images at actual size, 300 dpi or higher.
Screen resolution (72 dpi) graphics don’t work very
well unless they are three times actual print size.
Please make sure all text is converted to paths, curves, or
outlines, or that all font files used in the artwork are also
supplied.
Please make sure all placed raster images are either embedded
in the vector file, or include the raster images along with
the vector file.
Raster images are often linked to a location on your hard
drive by default, and will not be present in the actual vector
